RF Serious Double-column Vertical CNC Lathe
The CNC Lathes of this serious can be used in such demanding industries as motor, aviation&arespace, mining machine, metallurgical machine and other general machines. They are ideally used for machining internal and external cylinder, circular conical surface, end surface, grooving and etc. Standard equipped with Fanuc control system, they also could be equipped with MISTUBISHI, SIEMENS or other system upon customer’s requirement.
Structure feature:
The machine is designed with high-rigidity cast structure, Multi shifting transmissions or epicyclical gear box is used for spindle box, within every shift the speed can be steplessly adjusted.
On work table axial direction thrust bearing with flat seat or constant flow hydrostatic guideway is equipped to load and on radial direction taper-roller bearing centering mechanism is used.
The machine is designed with double column structure, providing increased stiffness and cutting performance. Cross beam can move up and down and it is locked via butterfly spring on general and unlocked by the hydro cylinder when moving. The cross beam could move to the right position to fit the work pieces of different height, thus the overhanging length of the ram is reduced, ensuring the increased rigidity.
One pump every chamber-style hydrostatic guide ways are used for both cross beam and ram, for which special hydrostatic pump is used to supply the pressure oil.
The machine is equipped with tool magazine standard and hydro cylinder is used for the automatic tool clamping. Tool shank is BT50. Manual tool loading is optional upon customer’s requirement. |
